About Me
Greetings! I am a professional consultant with a passion for community engagement, project management, and education. Over the years, I have developed my skills in leading teams, orchestrating events, and nurturing meaningful relationships with stakeholders. My journey has been marked by a resounding success in securing EU grants and fostering business growth through effective communication and collaboration.
Education and Certifications
I embarked on my academic journey at Sofia University, where I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. Alongside my formal education, I have continuously enriched my knowledge through various courses and certifications, including a comprehensive Project Management Course, Business Fundamentals with a focus on Marketing Strategy, the Rochus and Beatrice Mummert Foundation Leadership Summer School of 2021 and Innovations and entrepreneurship in pharma-, bio- and cosmetic technologies. I have commitment to staying current in the ever-evolving landscape of knowledge and innovation.
Work Experience
My professional journey has been a full of diverse experiences.
In the dynamic realm of project management and business development, I was a Project Manager at an innovative start up in Sofia, Bulgaria. Here, I achieved notable success in writing and managing European projects, conducting critical chemical and microbiological analyses, and fostering collaborations with cross-functional teams in research and development. My negotiation prowess and ability to secure sales deals with clients and partners further contributed to the growth of the organization.
I also had the privilege of serving as a Business Development Intern at a fast developing danish start up. In this international setting, I actively engaged with partners and stakeholders, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and builder strategies for further development of the company. My contributions played a pivotal role in expanding the organization and solidifying relationships with key partners through contract signings and sales deal closures.
I volunteer as Community Engagement Manager at NGO in Bulgaria, where I take charge of a wide array of events, activities, and campaigns aimed at empowering disabled individuals and their families. This involved everything from social events to fundraising initiatives, where I led teams of dedicated volunteers.
Additionally, my journey in education includes being a Science and English Teacher. In these positions, I developed passion for education and spreading knowledge.
Throughout my academic journey, I've gained valuable hands-on experience by working in various laboratories, accumulating more than 2 years of practical experience.
Skills and Language Proficiency
My skill set encompasses risk management, organization and planning, seamless event coordination and management, negotiation and conflict resolution capabilities. I'm well-versed in a variety of essential software platforms, including MS Office and Google Workspace. Communication and leadership are at the core of my professional mindset, allowing me to connect, inspire, and lead with precision.
